Healthy Living

If you're not doing what you know you should be doing, it's not because you're lazy, selfish, or weak. It's not because you don't have enough willpower. It's because you have to think about it. And if you have to think about it, you can only do it for so long before something else comes up. You forget, you're too busy, too stressed out.

The real problem is that it's not a habit. When something is a habit, you don't have to think about it. You just do it.

Learn HOW to form habits for making healthy choices in your own life, to focus on wellness of both your body and mind. At the Focused Female, we work together with our clients to create environments and conditions that support healthy living.

Healthy Living/Lifestyle Education

The learning process is ongoing while you are at the studio, and we also host occasional seminars on specific topics: improving sleep quality, boosting the immune system, gut health, an anti-inflammatory diet, hormone balancing, and we welcome any suggestions for future topics.

Healthy in Mind

When you are generous to your mind, you care for your mental and emotional health so you feel less stress, more peacefulness, and experience greater focus.

Healthy Living is about making healthy choices every day. Healthy choices that keep us fit, both physically and mentally. Eating well, being physically active and managing stress are some of the best things we can do to stay healthy. By staying healthy we can help prevent chronic diseases and reduce our risk of becoming ill or seriously injured.

At the Focused Female, we have the knowledge and ability to help you achieve sustainable results.

Healthy in body

Fact: Your mental health has physical health consequences.

The interaction between the mind and the body is so pervasive, it’s difficult to say which one is influencing which. If it's all connected, then it's all important.

The way to total health is through learning to take care of your mind and your body.

When you are generous to your body, you nourish your body with physical activity, nutritious foods, water, and sleep, so that you have plenty of energy to meet life's daily challenges.
